Presence with Body: Discovering Stability, Ease and Freedom – Meditation and Yoga Retreat

In this meditation retreat, yoga practice (guided by David Schouela) will be an integral part of the retreat, and will be a form of meditation in motion. There will be two or three sessions of yoga each day.
